Herrera Bautista PC — Serving Arlington, TX
About 35 to 40 minutes southwest of our Dallas office via I-30.
Tarrant County · Texas
Arlington sits between the two downtowns and absorbs the traffic of both. I-30 and I-20 carry commuters in each direction all day, and the entertainment district adds something the rest of the Metroplex does not have: tens of thousands of people arriving and leaving at once, many of them after several hours at a stadium. Event nights reliably produce two kinds of cases — collisions and DWI arrests.
That shapes a lot of our Arlington work. On the defense side, a DWI arrest starts a fifteen-day clock to request an Administrative License Revocation hearing, and Arlington arrests are handled in Tarrant County, where the programs and the negotiating posture differ from Dallas County's. On the injury side, crashes on the I-30 corridor and the arterials feeding the stadiums generate claims where fault is disputed and where multiple insurance policies may apply.
Arlington is also a university city and a family city, with the divorce, custody, support and estate planning needs that go with a large residential population. Herrera Bautista PC handles all six practice areas for Arlington clients in the Tarrant County courts in Fort Worth, and consultations are free and available in English and Spanish.
