Our Story
Herrera Bautista PC was founded by Alberto Herrera and Pablo Bautista on a straightforward idea: the people who need a lawyer most are rarely the ones who know how to hire one. Our office sits on Spring Valley Road in Dallas, minutes from the courts we appear in, and we represent clients across Dallas, Collin, Denton and Tarrant counties.
Being a multi-practice firm is a deliberate choice. A car wreck can bring a criminal charge and an insurance fight at the same time. A divorce raises questions about the family business and the will nobody has updated in a decade. When those threads belong to one team, nothing gets dropped in the handoff — and you get one office, in English or Spanish, that knows the whole picture.
How We Work
No mystery about what happens next. Here is the process every matter follows, from the first phone call to the last signature.
Tell us what happened. We listen, ask the questions that matter, and tell you honestly whether you need an attorney — at no cost and with no obligation.
We gather the records, reports and documents your matter turns on, then lay out the realistic options with their likely cost, timeline and outcome.
We handle the filings, the negotiation and the court appearances, and you always know which attorney is working your file and how to reach them.
We push the matter to a resolution you understand, then make sure the paperwork that follows — orders, transfers, filings — is actually completed.
Where We Work
Our office is at 4100 Spring Valley Rd, Ste 310 in Dallas, and Dallas is where most of our work is filed and heard — the Frank Crowley Courts Building for criminal matters, the George L. Allen Sr. Courts Building for family and civil cases. We also appear regularly throughout the surrounding counties, each of which runs its docket a little differently.
Not sure which county your matter belongs in? It is one of the first things we sort out on the call — and getting it wrong at the start costs weeks.
Each service-area page covers the courts, county and local detail that actually affect how a case there is handled.

“I came in expecting to be talked over and instead got a straight explanation of what the court could and could not do. The custody schedule we ended up with is one my kids can actually live with.”
“The adjuster called me three times before I had even seen a doctor. Once the firm took over, those calls stopped and I could actually focus on physical therapy.”
“They watched every minute of the body camera footage and found the problem with the stop. I was told upfront that nothing was guaranteed, and I still felt like someone was genuinely working the case.”
Tell us what happened and we will tell you where you stand. Consultations are free, confidential, and available in English and Spanish.
FAQ
Still unsure? Ask us directly — the consultation is free, and you will get a straight answer either way.
Herrera Bautista PC is a multi-practice firm covering six areas: family law, criminal defense, personal injury, estate planning, civil law and commercial law. That range matters more than it sounds — a single event often creates problems in two or three of those areas at once, and we can handle them together rather than sending you to three different firms.
